The main grape has always been the Coda di Volpe which has its chosen environment in the hilly area and whose expression varies according to the limestone-clay soils in which it has its roots. The systems adopted in the cultivation of vines have gradually changed over the years and generations, perfecting the cultivation and quality of the vines over the years. The experience gained over the years has refined the cultivation technique, optimizing the production yield of the vines of the doc and docg area, obtaining good sugar levels, great aromas and excellent evolutions over time.
